A new trend emerging in high end luxury real estate market and that is the concept of a Prefab home. When you hear the word Prefab you may think trailer park or affordable living but certain companies have taken advantage of this growing trend and have created some masterpieces that feel and look like they were built on-site. Prefab luxury construction is a very smart way to approach home building, saving time, money and being sustainable. I recently toured this SageModern (http://sagemodern.com) Prefab home this fall in Martis Camp prior to the home selling and you would never of known it was delivered by truck in pieces. The home sold for $2,960,000 and was 3,250 square feet.
